Funeral services for Joyce Dolores Warren, 86, of Temple will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Lathen and Rev. Tom Robbins officiating. Burial will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
Mrs. Warren died Thursday in a Temple hospital.
Mrs. Warren was born in Buckholts September 6, 1935 to Marvin Mitcham and Bessie Ezzell Mitcham. She graduated from Buckholts High School and from Mary Hardin Baylor. She married Derl Warren October 19, 1952. She taught Elementary School in Temple for twenty six years. She moved to Temple in 1961 and was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband Derl Warren of Temple; three daughters Sharon Goldman and her husband Mark of Temple, Susan Bramlett and her husband Mike of Temple and Cindy Holloway and her husband Bobby of Temple; nine grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church or to the Temple Animal Shelter.
