Moyne Ellen Johnson

Moyne Ellen Johnson, age 80, of Rosedale, Indiana passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022. She was born August 2, 1941 in Parke County to George Theodore Merritt and Nema Lorene Merritt. Moyne was a graduate of Otter Creek High School and Harrold's Beauty Academy. She was a long time hairdresser in the area. Her parents and siblings, Kate, Don, Kenny, and June; and daughter in law Norma preceded her in death. Surviving are her children, William "Bill" Johnson; and Robert "Bob" Johnson and wife Michele; two brothers, Edward "Neal" Merritt and wife Mary Ann, and Tommy Joe Merritt and wife Sue; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Committal Services will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 1:30 PM in the Chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home, with Pastor Jeremy Coombes officiating. Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
