I have good memories spending time at Norman and Elsie's house during the summer. We would leave early in the morning, pick up doughnuts and spend the morning swimming at Pontchartrain Beach. My first vacation was with them on a trip to Florida. Of course, Elsie introduced me to my first New Orleans Mardi Gras. We had some fun times. May the peace of God be with all the family during this difficult time.

I have fond memories of Aunt Elsie and Uncle Norman. I displayed Elsie's college graduation announcement on my bulletin board in my LSU office to inspire my students.
Peace be with you all.
