Billy would stand on Washington waiting for me to come by so he could drive the truck. Was driving for Spano. He was working for King Sooper at that time. This was mid 1960.

My deepest condolences on the passing of a matriarch of the family.

Some of my most fondest memories of life was when I worked for him. He taught me a lot about trucking and life.

If there is anything I can do, please feel free to call.

Love y’all.

So sorry for your loss Billy. Although I never met your father I know he was a great man. His legacy is in fine shape under your watch my friend! God bless you and your family!

Met Bill years ago.
From then on as a person who worked for him and a friend. I would bring him Italian bread from new York. We became friends.
Gonna miss him.
Rest in ever lasting peace my friend, you earned it.

I have known this gentleman thru my dear friend, Missy,
I have shared her beautiful memories of her dad and her deep anguish during his health trials for the past few years.
Laughing with her over her happy times and crying with her during her fear she would lose her dad.
I am so sorry for her and her family’s immense loss and hope for them to find peace and love to help them navigate thru the coming days and months...
