Annette Leilani "Lani" Goeppner was born on March 25/1960, at Queen of Angels Hospital in Los Angeles, to parents Rose and Joseph Aki Jr. She passed away on October 9/2023, at Torrance Memorial Hospital,CA. She was surrounded by her family as she entered heaven to join the Lord and be reunited with loved ones including her beloved Dad Joe, and her grandmothers Jane and Herlinda.
Lani is survived by her mother Rosa Lee Aki, her siblings Jane Bateman, Cathy Stauber, Patty Aki and Joseph James Aki III, her children David (Emily) Goeppner and Kaitlyn (Aaron) Evans, her grandson Isaiah Goeppner, 6 nephews, 6 nieces, 5 grandnephews and 4 grandnieces. Lani touched countless hearts during her time here. She is loved by many and she will be deeply missed. "A Hui Hou Sweet Leilani".
