Louise S Lanford passed away on Sunday, October 06, 2019. A Celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday October 9, 2019, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Floral Hills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Melwood Cemetery at 5170 E Ponce De Leon, Stone Mountain Ga 30083. The family will greet friends from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on Wednesday. The Reverend Gearld Varner will be officiating. She was preceded in death by her husband, James McClain Lanford, and brothers EdwIn Swaim, Jessie Swaim and Norris Swaim and sister Ida Strickland. She was a devoted wife, mom, sister, and daughter of late Flora and Irwin Swaim. She was a longtime member of Tucker First United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughters Lellie McCord and Barbara Danielly (husband Jerry Danielly) and son J Harold Lanford (wife Linda Lanford). grandchildren Carol Murphy, Cindy Johnson (Husband Ray Johnson), Jamie Lanford (wife April) and Jeff Lanford and great grandchildren Kayla Johnson, Travis Johnson (wife Kathleen Johnson), Zachary Lanford, Keagan Lanford and Adison Lanford and several nieces and nephews Visit www.floralhillsfuneral.com. to express condolences.
