I was so sorry to learn of Clay's passing while reading the Manitowish magazine. He and my mother became friends during their Wauwatosa school days, but I did not realize that they both graduated from Michigan...and were both French speakers. My parents, Carol and Jim Williams, enjoyed visiting with Ann and Clay during the years when they rented a home in Tucson to escape the worst of the Wisconsin winter. I send my sincere sympathy to Ann for her loss.

Ann...I was saddened to hear of Clayton's passing but have fond memories of our association over many exciting years in the 1980s and 1990s. I was unable to attend the memorial but you are in my thoughts and prayers.
