Glenn was born and raised in Hannibal, Missouri. He graduated from Hannibal High School and graduated with a Theology degree from Central Bible Institute in Springfield, Missouri in 1952. While in college, Glenn met and subsequently married Louisa Marie Brubaker on November 15, 1952. They had two children Sherry Lou and Sonya Mae. They were married for 66 years.
Glenn worked for the Assemblies of God as a pastor and ended his career as the Head of the Church Loan Department for the Assemblies of God Headquarters in Springfield, Missouri.
Glenn enjoyed going to church, working in his garden, along with fishing and hunting. Glenn and his wife loved antiquing and their home was filled with their many treasures.
Glenn is survived by his brother, Harry Dean Renick; daughter, Sonya Renick Conway (Edward); grandchildren Vanessa Bisaha (Trevor), Jeremy Gordon (Katie), Danielle Kennedy, Ashley Roberts, and Samantha Lantz (Casey); and eight (8) great-grandchildren.
Glenn was preceded in death by his wife, Louisa Renick; and daughter, Sherry Gordon.
