Eva M. Banks

TUSCALOOSA – Eva M. Banks, age 77, passed away peacefully May 10, 2022 at her home. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with burial following in Memory Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Ms. Banks was preceded in death by her husband, James N. Banks, Sr.; son, Michael Wayne Banks; brother, Frank Daniel Bailey; and parents, Frank D. and Frances Bailey. She is survived by her sons, James Banks, Jr., Dennis Banks, and Jerry Banks; sister, Sarah Patterson; and special friend, Delilah Harris. Pallbearers will be Floyd M. “Jimbo” Dockery, Charles “Chuck” Bennett, David Ledbetter, and Keith Montgomery. Honorary pallbearers are the wonderful and amazing staff of Amedisys Hospice, Dr. Shelby Sanford, and Delilah Harris.
