Carol Adrian Biggers

March 23, 1937December 17, 2010

Carol Adrian Tadlock Biggers passed away Friday, December 17th in Ivins, Utah following a valiant 10 year struggle with lung cancer. She was born in Wendell, Idaho on March 23, 1937 to Adrian Willis Tadlock and Ruth Cloe Mitchell Tadlock. Mom’s greatest joy was her family. Strong in her convictions and firm in her sense of right, she was ever present to love and protect us all. She took pleasure in the outdoors and spent many wonderful times camping and fishing with her family. She traveled with her husband, B. Kay Biggers, from coast to coast, Alaska, Hawaii, Australia and Tahiti. Dad and Mom served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at Cove Fort Utah, in 1996 and 1997. While there they made numerous lifelong friends. Carol is survived by four of her children: Kelley (Carol Ann) Biggers of Twin Falls, ID; Lindsay (Cordell) Monson of Millville, UT; Brenda (Timothy) Herrmann of Eden, ID; and Deedré (Daniel) Lindsey, of Ivins, UT. Surviving siblings are: Dana Harkins of Sandy, UT; Brenda (Kenneth) Ellis of Boise, ID; Butch (Julie) Tadlock of Twin Falls, ID; and Kurt (Ruth) Tadlock of Filer, ID. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and her faithful protector and canine companion, Pookie. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband; one child, Chris Lee Biggers; one grandchild and four great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, December 27th at Reynolds Funeral Chapel, 2466 Addison Ave. East, Twin Falls, Idaho. Anyone wishing to make a donation in Mom’s name may contribute to the Huntsman Cancer Center in Salt Lake City. Condolences may be left for the family by visiting “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” Psalms 91: 11

We are sorry for the loss of your Carol. Our thoughts and prayers are with you her family. During the 1940's Carol's family lived in the Sugar Loaf community East of Jerome and we all went to Sugar Loaf School. At that time there were 3 of us Weatherton girls, Bette, Peggy & Rose Sharon attending. Sharon and I winter in Wellton, AZ and we lost Peggy down here Jan. 2 last year. Again we are thinking of you all. Bette Weatherton Doughty.
