We are very sorry to hear of Tom's passing. Tom was always a friendly and helpful neighbor of ours for more than a dozen years in Oakdale. We will miss seeing him enjoy his yard with the dogs, chatting with him across the fence, and watching him coming and going on his Harley.

I remember the day, at the New London Train Station, that we awaited the arrival of the train that would carry us off to a new adventure with the U.S. Army. We went through Basic Training & Military Police Training together.
We then received our orders for Vietnam. We were both wounded in action and were lucky enough to return home. Maybe someday we will meet again.
Your Brother in Arms,
SFC Daniel Bailey

Words can't adequately express the pain in our hearts. We were blessed to have Tom in our lives....a mentor, friend and Patriot. His legacy will live on. Although we are hurting right now, the memories we have to cherish will brighten the days ahead. RIP my dear friend. You will surely be missed.
