Julita E. Onley, age 68, of Universal City, Texas went to rest in the loving arms of our Lord on Friday, May 22, 2020. She is the daughter of the late Sotero and Trinidad Elegino. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Charles E. Onley; daughter Leithia Morton; son Carl L. Morton; grandchildren Cérra L. Morton, Jayden Morton, Areaya Morton; and great-grandchild R’Mani Morton; sisters Felomina Borromeo and Lita Irinco of Badian, Cebu, Philippines.
Julita was Grandma, Georgie and Auntie G to friends and family. Known most for her fabulous cooking, giving helpful advice, and having a kind ear for all who needed to share. She was also a devoted military wife, who traveled the world in support of her husband and our country.
Georgia worked part-time as a waitress, mainly to support the owner and many of her beloved customers who she treated with love and respect until she retired. Her hobbies were gardening, playing bingo and mahjong. Georgia brought light into the room when there was darkness. Now her light will shine eternal in the arms of the Lord.
