Perry Mack Lawrence

Perry loved the water. Many weekends you would find him at his cabin on Mathis Lake boating, water skiing, or fishing with family and friends. An avid golfer, he was also known to throw a wicked bowling ball. He was a dedicated worker for Coastal States Oil & Gas most of his adult life.

Perry was preceded in death by his father, Mason, his mother, Mae, and his sister Dorothy of Robstown. He is survived by his wife of 31 years Linda Short Taylor of Texarkana, AR; son Rick and wife Gayle of Waxahachie, TX; grandchildren Alaina, Ashley, Matt, and Kayla; son Michael and husband Jeremy of Melissa, TX; granddaughter, Emma; great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and his brother, Marshall, of Houston, TX. He is also survived by his stepsons Robert Taylor, wife Kinin and grandchildren John, Andrew and Victoria of Seattle, WA; and R Warren Taylor, wife Annwen and grandsons Austin, Travis and Kavan of Austin, TX.

A memorial service for Perry will be held Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX 78148. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation in Perry's name.
