Yen Johnson, 75, of Vancouver, Washington passed away on March 25, 2020. Born June 10, 1945, in Da Nang, Vietnam, she is predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Floyd H. Johnson and her parents Ruong and Thi Cuc Nguyen.
Yen was a loving mother, grandmother and housekeeper for 25 years. She was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family, co-workers and friends, especially on the holidays and special occasions. Yen was known for her amazing egg rolls. She astonished everyone she knew with her cooking abilities, as she never used a recipe. After Yen retired, she loved spending as much time possible with her grandchildren Paul, Sophia, Claudia, Trevor and grand dog Bode. She is survived by her children Rane Johnson-Stempson, David Johnson, daughter in-law Nancy Johnson, son in-law Greg Stempson and her grandchildren Trevor Johnson, Claudia Johnson, Sophia Johnson and Paul Johnson.
