Aunt Donna, Scott and Kevin, I am so sorry for your loss. I wish that I could have been there to celebrate his life. I will always remember as a kid that when our family came to town, I always wanted to stay with or cover to Uncle John's and Aunt Donna's house. I had so much fun there with all the cousins and family. Swimming in that pool was a blast. Thanks for the great childhood memories, I will never forget them. Love you guys, Kristian.

I am saddened by the passing of John. Our family moved away so I didn't get to spend much time with him growing up. I just remember he was a lot of fun to be with. I am sending thoughts & prayers to Donna & the rest of the family from the Weldon DeBault family.

Donna, my heart goes out to you and your family for your loss. I first met John when his family moved to Point Comfort. I remember playing marbles with him in my back yard when we were in elementary school. I also worked with him at the Exxon station in Point Comfort. Also, one summer he drove me and 2 or 3 other friends to Garner State Park. I have nothing but fond memories of him. God bless you and your family.

Love, Billy Hopmann

The Sanders/Debault reunions were always one of my favorite memories. Reuniting as cousins and being with aunts and uncles that we may not have seen for a whole year were/are precious moments. As we age, I am looking forward to our heavenly reunion. Thinking of you Donna at this time. Praying for you and your family. May God give you peace in the coming days.

Donna, hugs from me to you. So sorry for this sad time you are going through. I recall you and John holding hands, smiling, and hurry on to next class. So many years ago, but still strong memories. What a blessed time you two had together. 🙏🦋💐💞

John has been a very special brother to me all my life. It's so sad to loose him but I know he is in heaven with peace, no pain or suffering anymore. Growing
up he was full of energy and ready for anything. In adulthood he became a very loving, trusting, caring, and hard working person ready to help others. John was my rock or corner stone to give a word of encouragement, a listening ear, inspiration ,and understanding because he had a tremendous faith
in God. I know he is shinning brightly like a star on a clear night in the sky. I will carry my memories of you on and I love you so much. Your sister, Martha

PS Donna, Scott, Kevin, Traci, Allen and Alex my prayers are with all of you and I love all of you too.
