Lester J. Fuzzell, 95, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. He was born June 21, 1922 in Coodys Bluff, Oklahoma to the late William Riley and Inza Briggs Fuzzell. Lester proudly served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He worked as a Postmaster with the U.S. Postal Service in Placedo, Texas. He was a member of the VFW and SPJST.

Lester is survived by his wife, Dorothy Jean Boehm Fuzzell; sons, Norman A. Fuzzell (Iva) and Kenneth Fuzzell; grandchildren, Jim Fuzzell and Rick Fuzzell (Adela); great grandchildren, Jaden Fuzzell and Gracie Fuzzell; two brothers; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, three brothers, and one sister.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Colonial Funeral Home followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 pm, Pastor David Bush will preside. Burial will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers are Richard Boehm, Michael Psencik, Kevin Psencik, Douglas Fuzzell, Steven Fuzzell, Jim Fuzzell, Rick Fuzzell and J.D. Schovajsa.
