Zelma L. Childers, 102 of Victoria, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2018 in Lampasas,TX. She was born on December 16, 1915 in Tishomingo, Oklahoma to the late Henry Elmer Smith and Bessie Ray Williams Smith. Zelma was a homemaker and a longtime member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Victoria.

Survivors include her son, David Childers (Sandra), of Lampasas; grandchildren, Melissa Rock and Shane Childers; and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald D. Childers; son, Jerry Childers; a brother and a sister.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Colonial Funeral Home, Rev. Dan Fultz officiating.
