How does one briefly put into words 32 years of friendship? Pearl had a beautiful smile and drew in strangers wherever she traveled. She would make a certain facial expression if something displeased her . I like to think it was only for me and a shared smile between the two of us. She ensured that her family became my family as well. And that I was never alone on a holiday. I could always count on her and James popping in for a visit just to check on me. Oh how I shall mourn the loss of her visits! I adored her sense of humor and we shared many, many laughs. Pearl left an impression , not to be forgotten, on all those who met her. I know she left an indelible footprint on my heart! We were sisters through our affiliation with Order of the Eastern Star as well as ini our every day lives.
My deepest condolences to her husband James, her daughters Melanie and Cindy, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pearl's beautiful spirit lives on through them.
I thank God that I was blessed with her friendship. My heart aches ,along with her family, at our loss. But I am comforted by the fact that we shall meet again. I love you Pearl💖
