Jeffery Lee Ratliff

Jeffery Ratliff spent 22 and a half years in the Navy before retiring into some smaller jobs then landing a job at a paper bag plant for another 20 years. He was a beloved father, husband, uncle, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He was always telling stories and jokes to anyone who would listen. He always seemed to have the best luck finding just the right gift for someone he might be shopping for. He loved going fishing and dove hunting every fall. He is survived by Two brothers Michael and Kenny, his daughter Mikki MacDonald of Indiana, his daughter Tiffany Ratliff of Hanford, his step son Matthew Parsons of Armona, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.He will be missed by all.
