Evangelist Wanda Fay Gibson, 87 of Visalia, California passed away on January 31, 2021. Wanda was born in Eakly, Oklahoma on October 17, 1933 to Andrew and Lucille Lee. She came to Ivanhoe, California in 1936 with her parents as a small child. She married Dana Gibson and they made their home in Visalia, California until his passing. She enjoyed writing poems and had started writing a book for publishing. Wanda traveled the United States with her ministry for many years and was very well known. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and just having a good time. Wanda was very outgoing and loved telling stores and making others laugh. She is survived by two nieces Betty Sue and Linda and very dear friends Debbie Schiefer and Linda Hartley. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 3 – 5 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia, California. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 9 a.m. at Visalia Public Cemetery, 1300 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia. Tributes and condolences may be made at www.millerchapel.com.
