Christa Rodgers

June 18, 1942October 13, 2021

Christa Rodgers passed away on October 13, 2021 at home with her loving Husband of 34 years, Leroy by her side. She was 79 years old. Christa was beloved Mother of Arndt Brandstetter (Michaela), Timo Brandstetter (Shannon) and Step Mother of Anne Schubnell and Diana Rodgers. Christa also has many loving Grandchildren she leaves behind. She was the Sister of Peter Gassner (Monika).

A Funeral Service for Christa will be on Tuesday, October 19, at 12:00pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd., Warren (Schoenherr/Masonic). Visitation will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday and continue until the time of service at 12:00 noon at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI.

Christa was a beautiful person inside and out. She loved her flower beds and working in them. She always wanted to have a nice appearance. She was a very dear friend to me. I hadn't seen her since Covid. I wish I would of had a chance to say goodbye. Love you Christa 🙏

Christa was a beautiful person with a heart of gold. She will be missed by all the residents on Cook Trail where Lee and her lived for many years. We will miss her greatly.
