Tesla Cerritos Lozano, 83, of Houston, Texas, passed away on January 13, 2021. She was born in Honduras on August 10, 1937. Tesla graduated from the University of Honduras as a librarian and from the Gustavo Adolfo Alvarado College as a secretary. Tesla had a career in Millar Instruments for over 20 years. She was a faithful member of Centro Evangelico Cristiano. She was devoted to her relationship with God.

Tesla was a loving person. She loved her family, she was always looking out for them and keeping them in check. She looked forward to Sunday’s afternoon when she invited the family over for a homecooked lunch after Sunday service. She found delight in gardening; it was her first task in the mornings. She loved seeing all her flowers bloom, especially her roses. She enjoyed sewing her own clothes, blankets, or scarves. She loved to spend time reading her Bible and going to church. Tesla will be missed but we will always love her and cherish all the memories in our hearts.

Tesla was preceded in death by her parents Benito and Higinia Cerritos and son Sergio A. Garcia.

She is survived by, grandson Miguel A. Garcia, granddaughters Arianna I. Garcia and Brianna A. Garcia, daughter in law Delmy Garcia, brother in law Carlos Moreno, niece Carla Moreno, nephews Abraham Martinez and Carlos Gabriel Moreno.
