Elnora Heyborne

She was born on November 23, 1937 in Cedar City, Utah to Elwin Dee Stratton and Marissa Turnbaugh Stratton. She graduated from Cedar High School and from Ex-Cel-Cis Beauty College. She married Dee Heyborne on September 14, 1957. The marriage was later solemnized in the Saint George temple. She worked as a beautician and then as an elementary school secretary. Later she moved to several cities across the country because of her husband’s employment. While in Cleveland, Ohio she served as Assistant Manager of the LDS Bishops storehouse for four years. She touched many lives in Ohio, Texas, Missouri and Nevada. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting and gardening. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Elnora is survived by her husband, Dee Heyborne; children Russell (Karen), Teri (Steve), Greg (Kristie), Thomas (Sharon) and Ryan (Bobbi); siblings, Dee Roy Stratton and Patty Bentley; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.
