POWERS, Veronica E., 83, of Twp. of Washington, NJ, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Harold “Jimmy” Powers. Devoted mother of Stephen J. Powers, Carol Ann Verbovsky and Kathleen Hoey. Dear sister of Agnes Buckman and the late Mary D’Agostino. Loving grandmother of Dana, Jeffrey, Jamie, Patrick and Steven. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Thursday, February 16 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating Veronica’s life and faith will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel R.C. Church, Twp. of Washington, NJ on Friday, February 17 at 10AM. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. Memorial gifts may be made in Veronica’s name to Our Lady of Good Counsel R.C. Church.
