Franz was an inspiration to me. I thoroughly enjoyed the uniqueness of his classes compared to the normal rigours of high school life. He inspired me to go on into engineering, which I did after graduation in 1997. I have been working as an engineer since 2000 and have Franz to thank for it. He was a unique and special person who left a profound influence on me.

I was one of Franz’s students at WCS in Weyburn. He was the most patient person I ever met & a wealth of knowledge.. He was one of the teachers that made attending school interesting & fun. That man had some great story’s & always had the class’s full attention when he told them! :)
