“Loney” Lieloni Jean Scharnatta late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan passed away October 4, 2020 at the age of 77 years.

Loney was predeceased by her husband, Murray Scharnatta (August 4, 2020); parents, Bud & Irene Beaton and in laws, Orville & Alice Scharnatta; brothers, Morris Beaton & Murray Beaton.

Loney is lovingly remembered by her children: Tammy (Dwight) Haider of Weyburn, SK; James (Paul) Scharnatta of Regina, SK; Russ (Colleen) Scharnatta of Midale, SK; Brad Scharnatta of Weyburn, SK & Shelley Scharnatta of Medicine Hat, AB; grandchildren: Alissa (Terry), Barb (Rodney), Devan (Brandi), Desiree (Aaron), Deidra (Matt), Derek (Cheyenne), Tannis (Chris), Mitch (Morgan), Torilee, Bristie (Kris) & Kreggan; great grandchildren, Addisen, Bohdan, Carys, Taylor, Nova, Olivia, Elizabeth, Caleb, Chloe, Zeke, Emma, Alexa, Austin, Dakota, Dayton, Xavier, Rogue, Ivy, Mayhem, Wilder and Riot; great-great grandson, Jeydenn; brothers and sisters, Penny (Vern) Marks, Bette (Jim) Foreman, Bob (Bernice) Beaton and Joe (Dawn) Beaton; brother in law, Garry (Iona) Scharnatta of Midale, SK as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

A Private Family Service was held at Russ’ yard, Midale, Saskatchewan. Interment followed at Westphalia Cemetery, Midale, Saskatchewan.

I was so very sorry to hear about Loney's passing. I have really enjoyed living next door to Loney and Murray and thank them for their friendship. I will miss our visits and waves through the window. I want to send my deepest condolences to Loney's family and friends and know that I will be thinking of them on Saturday and for a long time to come. Loney and Murray will always be in my thoughts and heart.

Loney taught me how to believe in myself as well as in others she will always be a part of my life . As for my husband and myself both Murray and Loney were always a welcome hello when we past by and will be sadly missed. We don’t know how much we take for we have until we lose it .Love Pam.
