He passed away on Friday, September 13, 2019 at the age of 98. His story began on October 28, 1920 at his father's homestead on the banks of the Adobe Creek in Karvel, Colorado. Bill was a proud WWII Navy Veteran, who served in the South Pacific Theatre in the 72nd See Bee's. Before being drafted he was attending Colorado State University on a Agricultural Scholarship. He will be missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his children: Gary (Patricia) Hardin, John (Tina) Hardin, Karen (Dave) Davis; grandchildren: Bryan, Rosanna, Ben, Amy, Jenny, Jessica; great grandchildren: Joshua, Jeremiah, Jordan, Josiah, Morgan, Abigail, Taylor, Conrad; Zoey, Skyler, Daniel. Bill is preceded in death by his wife, June; his son, Billy Hardin; daughter, Betty Hardin; granddaughter, Rebekah Hardin; and grandson, Michael Davis.
