I'm so glad we had a Capraro family reunion while our last two aunts were still with us. We miss you, Aunt Landa.

I remember the last time I saw Aunt Landa alive. We had lunch in the courtyard, pizza and grandpa's beans. She was talking about my Aunt Louise, so I said I'd bring the CD she made with the story of her life to listen to the next week. I kept thinking "I have to do that," for weeks. It's hard to believe she's been "gone" for two years, but she's happy in heaven with Jesus, her husband, parents, all of her siblings and her other family members. I bet she and my mother are talking up a storm.  We'll always miss her but are glad SHE MISSED the pandemic.

I have always thought of your mother as a "second mother".. She was a wonderful lady.  She remains in my prayers.

Rest well Mom.  You are the last of a loving, compassionate, family who taught us the meaning of caring, giving and joy.  There are no words to express our deep loss.  However, knowing you can see, can dance and are reunited with Dad, with your family and with God makes our loss less painful.  I love you so much, Mom.  You were truly one of a kind.
