Chuck and Mary Brincat were more than neighbors. They were true friends. They always included us in family gatherings and holiday festivities. I spent many an afternoon chatting with chuck and hearing his stories. Chuck was a wealth of wisdom and a kind, generous and caring man. I learned much about life and friendship from him and will always have him in mind. Love you Chuck and miss you. Almost 30 years of friendship will never be forgotten. Thanks for you. You were like a second father.
