Ninfa Cardillo of Pt Pleasant, formerly of Whiting, passed away on Wednesday, March 28 at her place of residence. She was a homemaker. Born in Brooklyn, she resided there for 46 years and in Edison for 26 years, more recently moving to the shore area. Years ago she was a master seamstress in Manhattan. She was an avid Bingo player.
Ninfa is predeceased by her husband Nicholas Cardillo in 2007. She is also survived by 3 daughters; Sarina Hoell, Joanne Swanick, and Marie McVicar. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday April 6 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home 115 Lacey Rd. Whiting, NJ 08759. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered on Saturday, April 7 from the All Saints Chapel at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church at 10:45am, 30 Schoolhouse Rd. Whiting. Entombment will follow at the Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
