You will forever be missed. I love you so much.
When days at Market Street got crazy. You would come give me a hug. When the coffee shop was crazy I would give you one. Sometimes we gave each other a hug just to show our love. Gonna miss your hugs forever. Give my Mom a big hug for me. ❤️❤️❤️ Love you my friend.

Vada was a very good person. After my sister passed away 6 years ago there was not a missed time that Vada missed making sure my mom and my sister son was doing ok. My sister became friends with Vada at the market street.

Rick,
We are so sorry for your loss. Vada was such a sweet soul. I don't think she ever met a stranger. She was always smiling and so full of life. After you moved from Broad Street we didn't see each other as often as we would have liked but, she was always catching us up when we did see her. I know she holds a special place in Charlotte's heart as well. I guess Heaven needed another angel. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.
With love,
Linda & Benny Holster

Rick, I am so sorry to hear of Vada passing. I have known you all for many years...basically my whole life. We lived next door to you on Broad Street. I would see Vada about every other week at United. She would always ask me how my parents were, how my son was, and would ask me what was going on in life...we would catch up on each others day to day...She was always happy and full of life! She was special to me! Vada will be missed dearly! Prayers to you & your family during this difficult time.
