Doris I Mauldin, age 86, of Wichita, Kansas, went home to be with her Savior on Wednesday December 5, 2018. Doris was born August 1, 1932. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Mauldin; and two siblings; a brother, Bobby Abplanalp and a sister, Wilma Williams. She is survived by three children, Eddie (Donna) Mauldin; David (Darlene) Mauldin and Liz (Bill) Kaba; two sisters, Freda Collins and Ruby Moore along with seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren as well as the family of her special friend, George Busch.
A funeral service for Doris will be held Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10:00 AM at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary, 201 South Hydraulic, Wichita, KS 67211. A committal service will occur Monday, December 17, 2018 at 11:00 AM at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1806 N Oliver Ave., Wichita, KS 67208. Memorials have been established with Senior Services of Wichita, Ks, 200 S Walnut St, Wichita, KS 67213 and Harvest Fellowship Church, 1900 N. F Street, Arkansas City, Ks. 67005.
