Lonnie "Wayne" Mashaney

Lonnie “Wayne” Mashaney, 72, owner of Mashaney Carpet Service passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 surrounded by his family. Wayne loved racing, NASCAR, going to the Kansas 81 Speedway, stock cars, motorcycles and mopeds, building cars, and general tinkering. Wayne frequently was found riding his Harley and enjoying the simple things in life. He was preceded in death by his parents Orbin and Anna (Riley) Mashaney and his brother Ronnie. Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Tressa; son Travis (Jennifer) Mashaney; daughters Jana Mashaney and Sherri Woltemath; brothers Roger, Keith, Dean, Gene and Jerry (Mary) Mashaney; sister Ruth Holmes; grandchildren Alex, Kurtis, and Tabitha Woltemath, Shiana Howard, Kyler Mashaney, Averie Mashaney and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Hillside Funeral Home West Chapel.
