My deepest condolences to the Daube family. Ryan was not only a dear friend and mentor of mine but also someone I deeply admired. His presence, guidance and spirit will be profoundly missed. I will do my best to honor his legacy every single day.

I miss you, Ryan. You were the advisor I called to talk about culture, exhaustion and ideas. You were so down to earth and patient with advice. You would be free whenever I needed to talk. You were so easy to talk to. I will miss you. You’ve helped so many people. 

You were the definition of a Mensch. Your family has been and will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

I would like to pass along my sincere condolences to the entire family.  Ryan and I became friends about 10 years ago, and his influence on me personally and professionally is unmatched.   I looked up to him like a big brother.   Thank you Ryan, for the friendship, the lessons, your influence, and most of all your grace.

My condolences go out to the Daube family. To his sons, your dad was a pivotal part my entrepreneurial path, he mentored me and believed in me when not many did. I remember when I went into his office for the first time and I forgot my note pad, big mistake, never happened again haha. He taught me the value of hire slow fire fast, and he taught me the value of pitching back to the people who helped get you across the finish line. Beyond business, your Dad was a great human being and never judged someone by the color of the skin but the content of their character. To his wife, in my short time meeting with Ryan, he always spoke so highly of you and how much he loved everything you stood for, he deeply admired you as I’m sure you know. I was heartbroken to hear about Ryan's passing. He was truly one of the kindest and most giving people I’ve known and his humor and energy could light up any room. I feel lucky to have shared time and memories with him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. May his memory be a blessing, and may we all continue to carry forward the joy and warmth he brought into our lives.

Our family is very sorry to hear of Ryan's passing.  We have known Ryan since our sons went to Deerfield High together and have some very enjoyable and funny memories of Ryan.  We pray that his family finds peace.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Ryan, he was such a good person. I knew him when he was a young kid and hung out at his Aunt and uncle's house in Deer Run, where I lived at the time - we would play basketball, etc. Then fast forward, we moved to Brand Lane where his amazing grandparents lived - my father was part of his grandparents buying group for a long time, I remember traveling and hanging out with them. My sincerest condolences to the entire family - Ryan will surely be missed.

Ryan was not only a great leader, but also one of the most selfless and down-to-earth people I’ve ever met. He had a sharp sense of humor and a genuine willingness to listen. His dedication to everything he took on was unmatched. 

Ryan was a vital part of his community, and above all, his deep love for his wife and children was evident in his words and actions. He always made time for them, no matter how demanding his schedule, which I found incredibly admirable.

I feel truly honored to have worked alongside him during my years at AFN. My sincerest condolences go out to his family during this incredibly difficult time.

Ryan,
You had a big personality and a good heart.  There were many great times together both through business and paddle.  I always got a kick on how confident you were with your solutions... while at the same time willing to listen for other perspectives.   Lots of fun playing paddle together.      

It is wonderful that two of my four boys (Brandon and Dylan) got to meet you and spend a number of amazing summers up at Kawaga.   They always had fun with you, and of course your sons.

You were a great father and husband.

You will forever be missed.  Sharing a photo of Ryan while at his house on the couch in the basement and just relaxing as we talked.
