I am so sorry for your loss. I got to meet her again 19 years ago with my Dad, Doug Walmsley. She was such a sweet lady with a cute little laugh & a big smile. She talked highly of her family & shared some family history & pictures with me. My Dad enjoyed his visits with Muriel.
Let her memories give you some peace ! Hugs to all of you !

I would like to express my deepest sympathies for the passing of my Great-Aunt Muriel. She was my grandfather, Dave Fyke's sister. Living at a distance, I never got to know Aunt Muriel in-person but we exchanged holiday cards and small notes with one another for many years. It was a very special connection and I will miss hearing from her. I know that my grandparents, Anne and Dave and my mother Pearl, thought she was a very special person and loved her dearly. Please know that you are in my thoughts at this sad time. May she rest in peace.

Always with an easy smile, so beautiful, so contagious. I will always cherish the memories of our weekend trips to the "boutiques" . Your warm and open heart will be deeply missed. Sending love with you to Mom, Gram and Linda. I can only imagine the fun the four of you ladies are having once again. Xo

Saying goodbye isn’t easy. Especially, when it’s forever and especially when it’s to one of the most amazing, strong and beautiful person such as my great-aunt Muriel. For all that knew her, you know what a courageous and caring person she was. She brightened your day in every way. I will hold you close in my heart forever Auntie.

Auntie's 90th Birthday party. Nieces Sharon & Marlene (Fyke) . What a joy it ws to see and talk to her, always a smile, that wonderful laugh that reminded us of Uncle Tommy and never a complaint. I can just imagine the celebration when she got to heaven and saw her sister Margaret once again. She is happy and pain-free with all her family. We love her and will miss her, condolences from the family of Melvin and Alice Fyke. Special thanks to Mary, our cousin who took such good care of her. Sympathy to all her family.
