Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband J. Brian Trump; children Doug Trump (Andrea), Kerry Lee and Jackie Trump; grandchildren Hudson, Justyna, Myles, Kylie, Nils, Soren and Anders; and brothers Tony Chuback (Donna) and Mervin Chuback (Nancy). Joan was predeceased by her brother William Chuback (Alice).
Joan was born on January 12, 1944 in Foam Lake, Saskatchewan and grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She worked for the Winnipeg School Division as an elementary school teacher for over 30 years. In retirement, Joan enjoyed yoga, playing golf and travelling to Texas for the winter months. Joan touched many hearts and was loved and respected by her family, friends, coworkers and students and she was an amazing wife, mother and gramma.
Throughout her battle with ALS, she taught us love, courage, perseverance, and acceptance. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages a donation to the ALS Society. We have been extremely grateful for the ALS Society and the ALS Clinic at Deer Lodge Hospital for all their love and support.
Due to COVID 19, only immediate family will attend a graveside service and a Celebration of Life will happen at a later date when all family and friends can safely attend.
