I taught with John at River Collegiate. To me he was a much appreciated colleague and mentor with a wry sense of humour. I have fond and respectful memories of John. I am very saddened at his passing. Sincere condolences to Genieve and the rest of the family from myself and Wilma.

John was my teacher that first introduced me to computers back in 1981. I was fascinated by them and they’ve been a life long passion.
I have fond memories of John as my teacher.
Condolences to the family.

John helped me get my 1st full time teaching job at River East Collegiate. He was the math department head at the time and I was in his department. I am still teaching here 22 years later. He was a lot of fun to work with and helpful to me as the new teacher that I was. I am so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace John.
