Dee Ann was one of my favorite people. I knew her for years at City Church and then through a caregiving group. Her very presence just sparked the atmosphere with love, humor, and encouragement. She was so real. I am so blessed to have known her. Charlie, my prayers and love are with you and your family.

The love Dee Ann showed to our aunt Jenieve Peek for 37 years will never be forgotten. Dee Ann faithfully called her EVERY day on the phone. She and Charles visited her every week bringing her anything she needed or requested. They included her in their family celebrations and comforted her through times of trouble. Much, much more could be written of Dee Ann’s kindnesses.
Dee Ann always looked on the bright side of things. She was an encourager. She was fun! We miss her so much.

Jared and I send our deepest condolences to the entire family. Dee Ann will always hold a special place in our hearts. We have so many fond memories with her! I will never forget when I got engaged and I knew she had retired. I could not imagine anyone else handling our wedding and she so graciously agreed to be with us on our big day! She was such a light and a JOY to all who had the privilege of knowing her. We pray for strength and peace in the days ahead.

Much love, Jared and Susie Simmons and our three sons whom she would have adored: David, Charlie and Henry

Oh my goodness! We just heard about this, and are SO VERY sorry. Dee Ann seemed like one of those people who would always he here. She handled all three of our girls' weddings. Her joy was absolutely contagious, and I loved her dearly. Please know that your entire family will have our thoughts and prayers during the days ahead. If ya'll were up here, I'd be tempted to give you all hugs - if you'd let me.
