Luis A. Santiago, 91 of Ocoee, Florida passed away on December 25, 2019. He was born in Lares, Puerto Rico on August 18, 1928 to Juan Santiago and Antonia Perez.

Luis was a retired steel worker and he was Pentecostal by his faith. He served proudly in the United States Army and later in the United States Coast Guard Reserve.

Luis was a devoted family man and a dedicated prayer warrior. His prayers were full of thought and emotion.

Luis is survived by his loving wife Rosa Santiago; his children Lydia Santiago, Maribel Santiago, Olga Mendoza and Martha Gonzalez; his 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Frank Irizarry; his sisters: Mina, Juaine and Sofia and his brother Ceasar.
