Gin, you are finally home, sweet friend. Love and hugs and you will be greatly missed here.
Gin was my youngest son’s first grade teacher. He is currently an electrical engineer with a major utility. She was an incredible teacher and loved her kids and they all knew it. My only regret is that i did not have more time with Gin. We prayed together, laughed together, worshipped together and she had so many other friends who would say similar things. She loved life and if you were with her very much, she would have you laughing. Heaven is richer today. Love you precious friend. See you someday soon.

Aunt Gin was an amazing Godly woman who served the Lord faithfully at her home church, Calvary Baptist Church, where she one of the charter members when it started in her living room nearly 67 years ago. We are going to miss her dearly, but heaven is rejoicing as they welcome Aunt Gin to her new home.

My aunt gin was a very loving, generous, accomplished if not different sort of lady. She taught elementary school, was active in church groups for many years and played piano. She was always wanted to help less fortunate in her school and church and she enjoyed spending time with her 19 nieces and nephews. We all have great memories and stories to tell about aunt gin. All of us except one did not live close by once we got older. But one of my last conversations with her just a few months ago involved her telling me in detail about how much my cousin martha and her family had done for her. It wasn't easy for her to even admit needing help. My aunt gin meant a lot to me and I will be forever grateful that martha and ken did such a great job taking care of her. I miss her greatly but hapoily know she was greeted by so many when she moseyed on in thursday. She was never in a hurry. Though she had no children of her own she had lots of nieces and nephews and their children that loved her.
