Helen Pauline "Polly" Loop born April 30, 1930 in Crooksville, Ohio. She passed into God's loving hands on May 17, 2018 to be reunited with her daughter, Susan and husband John and numerous beloved family. "Polly" had a great sense of humor and loved to have a good time. She loved her family with all her heart, old country music turned way up loud, good times and good food.

She is survived by her son John II, daughter-in-law Denise, daughter Melissa, and granddaughter Ashley and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Monday, May 21 at 11:00 at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held prior to service and interment to follow at Lakeside Memorial Park.
