I met Roger fifteen years ago when he and his wife, Barbara, brought there precious Coco in for her monthly grooming. They were the sweetest and cutest couple always going on cruises and just living a sweet life! Barbara baked the best sugarless muffins and would often bring me some. In 2008 Roger called me one night and told me he had lost Barbara. He was so lonely and we began a friendship, just friends, as I had so many memories of the two of them. I became a roommate six years ago and we lived a life of two best friends!!! I looked after him and he always looked after me. We have some very funny memories because he loved my cats Mikie, who slept with Roger every night. Bella, who sat in his lap all day every day. Beebers, who sat at his feet and would nibble his toes when she got hungry. Emme, was my cat who didn’t have much to do with Roger, although I could hear him in the night calling her and the rest of the cats. When I moved in he told me he wasn’t a cat person. Well, it didn’t take long show his true heart and the love he had for animals and people! We never shared the love of a married couple but, we proved that best friends last forever! I miss you Roger, the kitties are so lost without you as much as I am! Please know that I will always be grateful for your kindness and sharing your home with me! You and Barbara are together now walking the streets of heaven. May your eternity last peacefully forever!
