On Thursday, April 18th 2019, Terry Lynn Horn, 61, loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, received his Heavenly wings. Terry was born in Anniston, AL on August 22, 1957 to William and Frances Horn. He was married to the love of his life, Charlotte, for 36 years and had twin sons, Matt and Sam. On November 24th, 2016 Terry became “T-Pa”, the caring and loving grandfather to Emerson Kay Horn. Terry worked for Hughes Supply for over 40 years where he made long-lasting friendships. Terry enjoyed fishing and grilling, but most knew him for his love of the Alabama Crimson Tide. The family would like to thank the following for their care and dedication: Dr. Nandam and staff, the loving and caring doctors, nurses, and staff of Orlando Health and Cornerstone Hospice of Orlando Health. Terry will be missed immensely by his family, friends, and all that were blessed to have known him. He will live in our hearts forever. Resting in Heaven, Terry is joined by his parents William and Frances Horn, brothers Gregory and Steven Horn, and niece, April Horn. Terry is survived by his loving wife Charlotte; his sons, Matthew (Samantha) and Samuel Horn; his brothers, Tony (Maryna) and Michael (Carolyn) Horn, granddaughter Emerson Kay Horn, and soon to be granddaughter Avery Frances Horn. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Cornerstone Hospice at Orlando Health. The family will be receiving friends and family at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, 2420 Harrell Rd., Orlando, FL 32817 from 12:00-1:00pm with a memorial service to follow.
