I met Reuben a few years ago and I enjoyed visiting with him. I knew immediately where Pat got a lot of his good quality’s from. The Apple didn’t fall far from the tree there. Men like Ruben are far and few between now days. His generation built this country and lived lives we couldn’t imagine. They worked hard everyday and didn’t complain about it. Reuben was last of his kind and was loved and respected by many. Our condolences go out to his family.

There are many fond memories of your family and the time spent on the farm. I will always remember the laughter. It is hard to lose a parent and so we hope you will find comfort in the many good memories. I think of you often. My heart will be with you on Saturday as you lay your dad to rest.
