He was preceded in death by his parents Orlie and Mary Duncan, and brothers-in-law Jim Bolin and Gayle Anderson.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Lorainne; sister Donna Bolin, brother Gail (Shirley) Duncan and sister-in-law Shirley (George) Hartley; 4 children, Pat (Vickie) Duncan, Joy (Roger) Underwood, Noel (Charlotte) Duncan and Janine (Kerry) Stoltz; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
