Vincent L. Zoda age 82 passed from natural causes on September 13th, 2020 at his home in New Milford, Ct.

Vinny worked as a foreman for Refined Sugars Inc. located in Yonkers, NY. from 1958-1993. His hobbies were classic cars, he cofounded Paradice Classic Cruisers of New Milford, Ct. 2008-2018, gardening, wood working , reading, sci-fi, loved the Yankees, Dallas Cowboys fan and supported Uconn Huskies women’s college basketball. Even though Vinny worked very hard he was there for every dance recital, baseball tournament, school production and graduation. Vincent was born on August 30,1938 to Joseph and Antonina (nee Bonfiglio) Zoda in Brooklyn, N.Y. He attended Saunders Trades and Technical High School, Yonkers, N.Y. graduated 1956, Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. graduated 1960 with a Bachelors Degree of fine Arts. New York University, N.Y. graduated 1979 with a Masters Degree in printing. Vinny married Jennie Giancaspro on June 23rd, 1962 in Yonkers, N.Y. They were parishioners of St. Francis Xavier Church in New Milford, Ct. Vinny is survived by his son Michael J. Zoda and his wife Kristen of Hawthorne, N.Y. His daughter Jennine Potoczek and her husband Kevin of New Milford, Ct. His brother John Zoda and his wife Janet of Brooksville, Fl. His granddaughters: Peyton, Aria, and Jordan. Vinny was predeceased by his wife Jennie in 2014 and his daughter Tina in 1970. Memorial donations can be made to American Cancer Society 1075 Chase Pkwy #4 Waterbury, Ct. 06708.
