When Steve and I got married the only thing I knew about his Dad was his love of the Dallas Cowboys.  Thinking of scoring points, I mention what a good play Tommy Dorsey had made the previous Sunday.  Dad never let me forget it. He told me in September the Cowboys needed to get Tommy to play for them again.

Grandpa was an amazing man. My favorite memory of him is when BJ got into his car accident he came to my work to see if I was ok. He made me feel so much better and loved. He called me often with updates on BJ's progress while he was in Phoenix in the hospital. He told me even thought BJ and I weren't married anymore, I was still family. I smile when I think of him. I talk about him and Grandma often. I make sure my kids and grandchildren know who they are. He will be missed very much.
