Linda met her husband Jim, an army officer, in bible study in 1975. They married and lived in Washington State, Germany, and Turkey. They delighted in travel, spiritual studies, and going to the movies. Jim was killed in active duty in Turkey in 1987 at which time Linda moved back to Yuma. She worked as a home care nurse, and volunteered at her church and the Assistance League, spending her favorite time in the Christmas Room. She was an active member of First Christian Church, Yuma. Linda always had a smile and a laugh ready to share with anyone. She was generous and loved to contribute to numerous charitable organizations. Every Saturday she enjoyed a green tea frappuccino with her mother, Joanne.
Linda is reunited with her beloved husband Jim Spriggs, parents Joanne & Cal Harrington, brother David Harrington, and childhood dog, Spot.
She is survived by favorite aunt Mary Cecil, niece & nephew Clint & Amy Harrington, and three great-niece and nephews.
