Raymond Wayne Lockard passed away on July 26, 2018. He was 96 years old.

Raymond was born January 06, 1922 in Illinois where he grew up on the family farm. Raymond joined the Army for World War 2, where he served in England in the Medical Core. He was married for 65 years to Velma Lockard who passed away in 2014. He is survived by son's John and David Lockard of Yuma, 2 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

He brought his family to Yuma in 1960, for health reasons. Where he started Lockard's Carpet Service.

He ran his company for 40 years, here in Yuma and in Imperial Valley.

Services will be held on August 2, 2018 at Johnson Mortuary at 10:00 am, then Graveside to follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
