Anna was employed by the Cocopah Indian Tribe she was a secretary for various departments. Most of her time was spent with the Education department, her most current job was with the ADAPP department. Anna also was a member of the Extreme Gospel Native Ministry. She would travel all around the states to where ever she was invited to share songs and minister. Anna's beautiful smile and her amazing laughter which was contiguous will be missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents Andy Leon Thomas and Willadena Sharkey Hock Thomas, sisters Belinda C. Thomas and Sylvia E. Thomas, aunts Esther L. Hock, Evangeline Hock, Lydia Hernandez and Mauricia Wilson Tambo, maternal grandparents Tom S. Hock and Rosalie Sharkey Hock, paternal grandparents Francisca Leon Tambo and Sylvester Barley Thomas.
Anna is survived by her sister Willadena P. Thomas, brothers Tim Fernandez Sr. (Ernestine), Tyrone Thomas, Wilbert Thomas (Lilia) and Danny Thomas (son) Jared Miller (daughter) Ashley Mills, nephews Tim Fernandez Jr., Louie Fernandez, Fabian Thomas, and Andy Thomas, nieces Monica Thompson (Max), Sylvia Miranda (Lucas), Danielle Thomas, Rosaleah Thomas, Reyna Gonzales and Aaliyah Thomas.
Service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the Full Gospel Lighthouse, 3302 W. 8th Street, Yuma, AZ, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pastor Dave Jackson and Moses Vance Jr. officiating.
